BOVAcard Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and User Account

• BOVAcard is designed for professional business users worldwide.
• Users of all ages may register. However, users under 18 years of age are strongly recommended to obtain parental or guardian consent before using the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.

2. Service Description

• BOVAcard provides digital business card services for professionals, allowing users to create, customize, and share their business profiles globally.
• The basic service is free. Additional features are available through optional subscription upgrades.

3. Use of the Service

• You agree to use BOVAcard in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.
• You must not upload, share, or publish any content that is illegal, offensive, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, abusive, discriminatory, or infringes upon the rights of others.
• You may not use BOVAcard for spam, harassment, unauthorized commercial activities, or any other prohibited behavior.
• We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. User Content

• You are responsible for any content (including images, files, information) you upload or share via BOVAcard.
• By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and store your content for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
• We do not sell your content to third parties.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
• You may delete your account at any time via the app. When you request deletion, your account will be deactivated for 15 days. If you do not log in during this period, all your data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted after 15 days. This process cannot be reversed.
• If you have an active subscription, it may expire or continue through external providers (e.g., Apple/Google) even if your account is being deleted. Please manage your subscriptions accordingly.

6. Modifications to the Service

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice or liability.

7. Third-Party Services

• BOVAcard uses third-party services for analytics and subscription management (e.g., Google Analytics, RevenueCat). Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service will be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
• In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation and, if necessary, arbitration or mediation in Turkey before seeking recourse through courts.
• The courts of Istanbul, Turkey, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified to users via email and/or in-app notifications.
• Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
